Charlotte (WIP)

Charlotte is above most, fearful. She is afraid of the gifts that people tend to have, she is afraid that people with gifts won't take the responsibility of managing their powers, she is afraid that people will abuse whatever gifts they are given. These fears have guided her to join the New Blackborough Police Department and have nudged her in the direction of Soma and Corpex. She believes that powers need to be controlled and medicated to protect the better part of society.

She rarely get's to use her gifts as she stays on a good regimen of both Corpex and Soma. When she sees powers being used openly she is sickened.

She was first in her class during police training and was within the first percentile of her graduating class in high school. She is socially unwelcoming at times, finding it difficult to relate to those with powers who don't medicate more than those without powers at all. 

She enjoys her cup of coffee black in the morning and with sugar after noon. She enjoys the winter months the best in New Blackborough and finds a bit of joy in getting bundled up. Other than that a she enjoys eating at Pap's place, finding herself as a usual customer. Drinking is uncommon for her, she doesn't  like how she feels when under the influence and has come to the point where getting drunk is more of a burden than any aid.

She dislikes vigilanteism, seeing those who want to take justice out of the hands of appointed police a dangerous and idiotic means to get killed or damage the city further. She dislikes seeing people use their abilities, especially when used flippantly or to harm others.

She is can often be stern and unyielding in conversation but she is strong and smart when confrontation appears. She is strong willed and is in no way a pushover when trouble appears.

Shape Shifting/Impersonation:
Charlotte can shape shift to mimic the bodily structure of another human being. Her height, hair, bone structure, eye color, and even voice can be changed to mimic another person. She cannot mimic a person she hasn't seen before, nor can he mimic a voice one she hasn't heard. She cannot create a new face or voice from scratch, nor can he build off or alter a face she has already seen. Charlotte can take on the natural strength of the person she shifts into. This does not mean that if she turns into someone with super strength she will inherit super strength, any muscle gained in the process is to aid her in carrying additional weight packed on from mimicry as well as making any mimicry more realistic.

The change is sudden, often taking only a few seconds at most. The transformation looks like the previous features are being stretched or shrunk or grown. Hair color, eye color, and skin tone all fade and adjust to match the desired mimicked individual.

Charlotte cannot separate mimicked voice from coordinating appearance. Meaning to use another’s voice Charlotte must appear to be the person for whom the voice belongs. The reverse is also true, when she appears as another individual she has to be using their voice. Because of this, she cannot change to look like someone she hasn't heard talk before and vice versa. Charlotte's clothes are not altered in any way during transformation so she is commonly limited to whom she can transform into by her current wardrobe. 

Transforming into someone of the opposite gender is possible and makes it so she must switch genders as well. She may transform into the same person at different ages as long as she knew the person at the time they had looked like that. She also mimics scars, tattoos, and piercings (but not the jewelry itself).

Due to the transformative nature of this power it is effected by Corpex.

Observed Motion Mimicry:

Charlotte has the ability to memorize movements and mimic them. This makes her adept at blending into a crowd as well as replicating other's actions she’s seen, such as fighting or dancing. Any motions that are produced that rely heavily on another’s rare, gifted, or otherwise superhuman ability cannot be copied or reproduced through Observed Motion Mimicry. Therefore, Charlotte is absolutely unable to mimic any actions produced on the basis of a one’s enhanced strength, speed, agility, etc. An attempt to mimic such actions can cause injury as it would for any untrained individual.

Charlotte can adapt seen motions into different situations. She doesn’t need to have the exact same environment to replicate a motion. She can make minor alterations to some motions and carry them out with precise skill.

Because this power is not wholly physical nor is it wholly mental, she requires a full dose of both corpex and soma to neutralize this gift. If only soma is taken, she can repeat and mimic motions she has previously learned but she cannot learn anything new. And in the case that she only takes a full dose of corpex, she cannot mimic any actions previously seen, but she can observe and memorize motions of others with little problem.

Perspicacious Observation:

Charlotte is great at noticing minute details and is adept at accurately perceiving a meaning of such details. This mainly applies to her relationships with people, as she often reads people’s body language well enough to determine a person’s basic momentary emotions. Though (of course) this is in no way one-hundred percent accurate. She often can predict actions after much observation, and produces a great understanding of why an action was made; weather the action was through speech, or physical motion. However, she has difficulty reading those who are unpredictable or otherwise emotionally stoic.

This ability also gives Charlotte better observation when identifying people for impersonation or mimicry. Details about inanimate objects are also effected by this power.

Due to this gift being centered in the mind, this power is neutralized through a complete dose of soma and is unaffected by corpex
